Chief Human Resources Officer
Alan Weston
Alan Weston is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Dartmouth-Hitchcock, a position he has held since January, 2011.
In this role, he is responsible for the oversight, planning, and implementation of all aspects of the human resources function.
Prior to joining Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Mr. Weston and his family lived in Eastern Massachusetts where he held senior level positions in the insurance, services and technologies sectors. In these roles he was responsible for the development of effective employee relations, talent assessment, selection, development and workforce planning.
Mr. Weston graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Psychology and Northeastern University with an MBA.
