A personal interview is required for application to all training programs.
Residency and fellowship appointments are made on the basis of the applicant's preparedness, ability, aptitude,academic credentials, communications skills and personal qualities such as motivation and integrity. Residency and fellowship appointments are made without regard to sex, race, age, religion, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation or veteran status.
