- All rotations are done in three-month blocks for a total of six months of each rotation schedule.
- Tuesday morning education time is spent covering:
- Spitz Genodermatoses - Text Review
- Andrews/Bolognia - Text Review
- Kodachromes with attendings
- Dermpath Attending Lecture is a glass slide-based review of the Lever Text with one of our five dermatopathology attendings
- Administration Time ("admin time") is spent performing patient followup (i.e,. phone calls, letters), coordinating care and researching individual patient issues.
- Resident Clinic is a resident based, attending supervised clinic where the resident physicians act as primary caregiver to patients.
- Vulvar Clinic is a monthly clinic run by vulvar specialist Dr. Lynn Margesson, focusing on vaginal and vulvar disease.
- On the first and third Fridays of every month, we have grand rounds, attended by all members of our department and local and regional dermatologists.
