Katie Fitzpatrick, MD
A proud graduate of St. Mary's College of Maryland (a small public liberal arts college) and the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Katie has found the change of scenery brought about by her move to New Hampshire a welcome one, but she often longs for the opportunity to again sail the Chesapeake Bay with close friends.
Katie's career interests are wide-ranging. Having spent a year and several months participating in basic research at the National Institutes of Health, she has an understanding of the fundamental knowledge on which clinical medicine is based. She hopes to use this perspective on health care to help her navigate the waters of systems-based improvements in the delivery of health care.
Katie joined the LPM Residency in the summer of 2009 with a focus on women's health care with particular clinical interest in the area of urogynecology.
She currently resides in Lebanon, NH, with her husband, Paul Anderson, and their two labradoodles, Boulder and Clancy.
