On-Call Schedule
Residents take responsibility for generating their own call schedule, including combined anatomic and clinical pathology calls. Residents arrange the call schedule in a manner that suits their preferences.
Call is taken from home, and the resident is provided with a long-range digital pager. A staff pathologist is always available on-call for back-up support and supervision.
These experiences are structured to provide not only continuous patient care but also educational opportunities that augment those that occur during the day.
