The DHMC House Officers Association
A resident-based group with invited membership from all training programs. The Resident Council provides an organized forum for residents to discuss issues of general importance to the group, organize social functions, bring forth and support issues of importance to the resident group at the institutional level and provide resident representation to various GME and Institutional committees.
