How to Apply
Applicants must have completed a residency in Neurology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Otolaryngology, Anesthesiology, or Family Medicine to apply to the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center Sleep Medicine Fellowship.
There are two one-year positions available every year. Applications are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Both of the positions are available through the National Residency Matching Program.
Dates and deadlines
Applications are accepted through ERAS beginning approximately July 1st, one year before the desired start date. Interviews are typically conducted mid-July through September 30th although alternate arrangements can be made if necessary. This year due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be an option for virtual interviews.
An application will be considered complete once the program coordinator has received the following:
- A completed application
- Three letters of reference including one from the residency program director
- Personal statement
- USMLE scores, or equivalent, for Steps 1, 2 and 3
Please feel free to contact our program coordinator with any additional questions or concerns.
