Spotlight: Eva Mok, MD – Sleep Physician
University of Massachusetts-Baystate in Springfield, MA
Thoughts on her Dartmouth-Hitchcock Sleep Fellowship:

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time during Sleep fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. There were plenty of opportunity to see the full range of sleep pathologies including sleep disordered breathing, parasomnias, circadian rhythm disorders, sleep-related movement disorders, insomnia, and hypersomnolence disorders such as narcolepsy. It was very clear that my education and learning was a top priority. I also completed a research project on OSA and influenza that I am proud of and presented a poster at the annual AASM Sleep conference. I learned a lot and felt very well prepared for the next step in my career after fellowship; as a full time Sleep physician seeing both adults and children at another academic institution.
On my days off, I had opportunities for excellent outdoor activities including snowboarding at the nearby world-class ski resorts in the winter and hiking in the breathtaking, Instagram-worthy, New Hampshire mountains during spring and summer.'"
