First Year

Kelly Mamelson, MD
Dr. Mamelson completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Her research endeavors during residency focused standardization of OASIS repairs in residency training and improving OR utilization for GYN surgeons. She also analyzed the difference in endocervical margins between different LEEP electrodes. Her work was presented at the ACOG District XII conference in 2022 and at the 2024 AUGS meeting. Her current research interests include sexual health in the postmenopausal population. Dr. Mamelson is thrilled to continue her training in the Upper Valley and is joined by her fiancé, Jack, and her dog, Wallace.
Second Year

Ekaterina Grebenyuk, MD
Dr. Grebenyuk completed her OB/GYN residency at Lankenau Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where her research endeavors focused around the utility of pre-operative testing and post-operative outcomes for gynecologic surgery. She additionally looked into the relationship between post-operative outcomes, route of surgery and trainee involvement in myomectomies. Her work was presented at the 2022 AAGL meeting. During her chief year, Dr Grebenyuk spent time volunteering at a rural hospital in Abuja, Nigeria. She hopes to continue to pursue her research interests to improve postoperative outcomes for the rural patient population, and to expand her global health interests.
Third Year

Laura Palmere, MD
Dr. Palmere completed her OB/GYN residency at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO, and spent one year in practice prior to joining the Dartmouth Urogyn family. Her research endeavors during residency focused on conflicts of interest between physicians and the medical industry, as well as improving patient outcomes by optimizing blood product utilization, postpartum hemorrhage management, and implementing the ERAS protocol. Her research was published in the Green Journal and presented via an oral presentation at the 2021 AUGS meeting. She hopes to continue to engage in research to improve patient outcomes and experiences during her time in fellowship.
