How to Apply

We utilize both the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and the Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry (ACLP) Common Application. The ACLP Common Application can be found on the Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry website.

If you prefer to submit your application using the ACLP Common Application, please send your materials to Rebecca Roberts at rebecca.d.roberts@hitchcock.org and also include the following:

  • An updated CV
  • A letter of recommendation from your current residency program director
  • Two additional letters of recommendation
  • Your personal statement

All applications are reviewed and considered equally regardless of which mechanism is used for submission. We accept 2 fellows each year through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) process.

After receiving applications through ERAS or the ACLP Common Application, applications are reviewed with selected candidates being contacted to schedule a remote interview with our program.

Please review the Eligibility Requirements Policy (PDF).
