How to Apply

For the 2028–2029 academic year, we will participate in the NRMP Match. Please apply through FellowshipsCAS.

Application dates

  • October 1, 2026: FellowshipsCAS opens to accept applications
  • January 15, 2027: Application submission deadline
  • February 3, 2027 (12 pm EST): Programs and applicants begin registering for the Match via NRMP
  • March 10, 2027 (12 pm EST): Rank Order List opens
  • April 14, 2027 (12 pm EST): Rank Order List certification deadline.
  • April 28, 2027: Match Day
  • July 1, 2028: Fellowship training begins

Application requirements

  • Applicants for this fellowship must be board-eligible/certified in Anatomic Pathology, Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, or in Dermatology.
  • Medical licensure in the State of New Hampshire is required.
  • Stipends are commensurate with prerequisite years of postgraduate training.
  • Early application is encouraged

Application materials

Applicants must provide:

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Personal statement
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation, at least one of which should be from your program director. Please do not submit more letters than are required.
  • Medical school transcript and dean's letter
  • United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) transcripts (1, 2, and 3)
  • Valid Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certificate (if applicable)
