How to Apply to Leadership Preventive Medicine Residency (LPMR)

Application requirements

All applicants must have already matched into a clinical residency or fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center before applying to our Leadership Preventive Medicine Residency.

In addition, we require:

  • Completed electronic application
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Personal statement
  • Updated CV

You will also be asked to sign a release to allow our program staff to view your ERAS application and current residency evaluations.

Application deadline

Our application/interview process has changed. You may request an electronic application at any time, however all applications for consideration to the next academic year are due by September 30 and interviews will be completed by October 31.

Length of residency

The program generally adds 12-24 months duration to total training.
