Fellows have an opportunity to partake in TeleICN calls. Using secure video conferencing, faculty neonatologists consult and manage infants at a wide range of referral centers. Using this service, neonatologists and fellows assist local staff with a variety of issues, including respiratory distress, leading resuscitation, or family counseling. Fellows can learn important lessons of video management of critical infants, communication skills, and collaborating with referral physicians.
