Our objectives draw from the curricular objectives listed in the Association of Academic Chairmen of Plastic Surgery document Comprehensive Plastic Surgery Curriculum.
The curriculum is developed with level-specific goals and objectives. The goals and objectives are developed to facilitate progressive responsibility as the resident advances in training. At the initiation of each academic year, the goals and objectives are reviewed with all residents and faculty to ensure these meet the needs of the resident and the program. These are available to the resident in the residency program handbook which is reviewed and updated annually.
