Evaluation

All residents are evaluated by the faculty through the use of the Medhub system for each rotation. Any deficiencies are discussed with the program director. Performance is also discussed during clinical competency committee meetings. Any plan for skill remediation would be discussed with the resident directly and documented.

A comprehensive summative evaluation is created and is discussed with each resident midway through the academic year, and at the end of the academic year.
