Resident Life

The Upper Valley, home to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, is a unique and tight-knit rural community that is rich with art, culture and tradition. Northern New England offers unlimited options for the outdoor enthusiast, including world-class alpine and Nordic skiing, hiking, camping and water sports. If you want to get away, Boston, Massachusetts; Portland, Maine; Burlington, Vermont; and Montreal in Quebec, Canada (Est-ce que tu parles français?) are only a short drive away.

Our residency prides itself on maintaining a collegial environment, and residents regularly get together (often with our faculty mentors as well) to enjoy life outside of the clinic. Below are a few photographs that capture the spirit of our program. We thank you for your interest in the Dermatology residency program. Feel free to reach out to us if you have questions.
