- The Hematology and Oncology faculty provide routine feedback for each rotation, clinic, and research project. Frequency of formal evaluation varies by activity. Fellows also get an opportunity to evaluate faculty, peers, and the program on a continual basis.
- The program director meets with each fellow individually, at least every 6 months, to review the fellow’s current core competency levels based on submitted evaluations and self-assessments, and to develop an individualized plan for the next 6 months.
- Quarterly Fellows' Meetings, referred to as ‘town halls’, are held to discuss current issues and concerns.
