Graduate Career Choices

We are very proud of the success of our graduates. Our graduating residents pursue careers in primary care (about 15%), hospital medicine (20%) or continue their training in subspecialty fellowships (65%). Some of our residents who start work as hospital medicine physicians subsequently pursue subspecialty training, taking our overall entrance into fellowship to greater than 70%. We provide career mentoring throughout residency as well as fellowship application and job search support to our PGY-2 and PGY-3 residents.
