Here in the foothills of the White Mountains, we have developed a unique program to train tomorrow’s orthopaedic surgeons and future leaders. We pride ourselves on our collegial relationships between faculty and staff while providing a world-class, rigorous education. We emphasize the development of skilled, intellectually-curious residents with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We provide an early operative experience with a backbone in the clinical evaluation of orthopaedic patients. We participate in groundbreaking research backed by NIH funding. We work in a Level-1 trauma center with world-class outdoor opportunities literally right outside the front door.
