Harold (“Hal”) Manning

Dr. Manning enjoys teaching, with a particular fondness for physiology and pathophysiology. He was an inaugural member of the Academy of Master Educators at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, and a past recipient of the Department of Medicine Chairman’s Teaching Award. He is the director of the first year respiratory course at the medical school, where he has received more than a dozen teaching awards.

Dr. Stewart has been at Dartmouth since 2022. Prior to that he lived and worked in the Philadelphia area for many years. He enjoys teaching learners of all levels, particularly fellows. He is also the director of the Pulmonary Hypertension Program.
