Dr. Manning enjoys teaching, with a particular fondness for physiology and pathophysiology. He was an inaugural member of the Academy of Master Educators at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, and a past recipient of the Department of Medicine Chairman’s Teaching Award. He is the director of the first year respiratory course at the medical school, where he has received more than a dozen teaching awards.

Dr. Mota has recently assumed the role of Associate Director of the pulmonary and critical care fellowship program. She enjoys teaching learners of all levels, particularly fellows! She also currently serves as a coach for first year students at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.
