The Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center Patient Safety Training Center is an 8,000 square-foot, multidisciplinary simulation training center that is equipped with human patient simulators as well as state-of-the-art audiovisual and computer technology. The facility features high-tech adult, pediatric and infant simulator mannequins in a variety of environments – operating room, regular hospital room, nursery, and emergency room. Simulated cases are an integral part of the Emergency Medicine educational curriculum, occurring the first Wednesday of each month.
